Steve Habecker is a licensed General Constructor and licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. Steve is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) candidate. As principal and owner of Point Source Construction, Inc. and The Revitalization Group, construction and consulting companies respectively, Steve has completed more than 150 renovation and code compliance projects for institutional and individual investors. He has worked extensively with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Veteran’s Administration, Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, numerous health, fire and safety departments, and various banking and insurance companies. While consulting with attorneys on both civil and criminal real estate related cases, Steve has worked with many high profile clients assisting in the resolution of the inimitable predicaments.

Will is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and is a member of numerous real estate industry organizations. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) candidate and President of the Product Services Counsel of the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC). Will is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Charlie Kennedy was formerly the youngest regional sales manager at Metropolitan Life, where he opened two additional branch offices in Southern California. Charlie was a team leader for a national real estate firm where he hired, trained and built a successful team of junior agents, the most successful in the firm. Before leaving, Charlie was promoted to Sales Manager and National Trainer where he built and maintained the number one office in the nation four consecutive years.
